Structural Wall Removal with LVL, Drywall, and Floor Repair

This project focused on Structural Wall Removal Repair, beginning with the removal of a load-bearing wall to open the interior layout. As part of the Structural Wall Removal Repair process, an LVL beam was installed to properly redistribute structural loads and maintain stability. Subsequently, drywall taping and finishing were completed to restore seamless wall and ceiling surfaces. In addition, hardwood floor sections impacted by the wall removal were repaired and blended to ensure a uniform transition across rooms. As a result, the space was structurally reinforced while maintaining visual and functional continuity.
